Meet The Team

Our team is a blend of people who all have different specialties and preferences. However, we put our differences aside to create a robot, as well as an environment where everyone's love for STEM shows. Each of our subteams is led by driven young adults with 2-4 years of experience in that field. Each subteam is also supervised by a mentor.

​Meet Our Captains

McKay C

Engineering Captain

McKay C, four-year member of 4188, joined the team his freshman year. Since his freshman year, he's become an expert of all things design and mechanical, spending endless hours slaving over the CNC, CADing all sorts of parts and pieces, and putting together parts of the robot. He has also loves outreach. He's attended several of our events, helping spread STEM in the Southwest GA area! During competition, McKay spends his time as technician, acting as the tie between the pit and drive teams. He also helps out with our picklist selections the night before alliance selection! In the future, he hopes to mentor a FIRST team in design and mechanical!

Arha G

Business Captain

Arha G, four-year member of team 4188, joined the team her freshman year, immediately developing a taste for two things: outreach and strategy. Her biggest technical accomplishment is scouting a whopping 450 matches over the course of the Rapid React season. Her biggest outreach initiative, to date, is creating Build Brave Girls’ #PCHSpotlightAGirl Program, which spotlights female leaders from all across the PCH District. So far, this program has spotlighted over 200 different leaders from 30 different teams. She’s also a member of driveteam, and received the Dean's List DCMP Semi-Finalist Award. She hopes to mentor a team close to her college and potentially referee as a FIRST alumni.
